Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Parfum De Mini bottle. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
14-day return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened — the bottle and its retail box must be sealed and unused
- In its original packaging — including the outer box and any tags
- In resellable condition — no damage to the bottle, label, or box
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance bottles. This is standard for cosmetics across the UK.
How to return
To start a return, email us at perfumedemini@gmail.com with:
- Your order reference number
- The product you'd like to return
- The reason for return (optional, but helpful)
We'll reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions.
Return postage
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items that don't reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method (PayPal, debit card, or credit card).
The refund will include the price of the product, but not the original shipping cost.
Damaged or faulty items
If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
Items we cannot refund
- Opened or used bottles (hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Items returned more than 14 days after receipt
- Items not in their original retail packaging
